Report a malfunction:
In case of a technical malfunction, you can provide us your information directly, so that you can continue using your Gardemann powered access platform as soon as possible. Either via telephone, fax, or E-mail, whichever way is best for you. The Gardemann customer support team will solve your problem. We will promptly send you a personal confirmation via fax, E-mail, or telephone, whichever way you prefer.

Please note, our service team is available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 5 pm. It goes without saying that in urgent cases you can get reach our on-call service around the clock, 365 days a year. Just call the following number: 08 00 / 88 99100.
